Seattle Seahawks Lose Scout to Vikings in Front Office Shuffle

Seattle Seahawks scout Azzaam Kapadia has left the team to join Nolan Teasley's staff in Minnesota. Kapadia, who has been with the Seahawks since 2023 and has been a scout since 2025, will be working alongside Teasley, the former Seahawks assistant general manager who was hired as the GM of the Minnesota Vikings at the end of May. This is the latest in a series of departures from the Seahawks front office, with longtime executive Trent Kirchner returning to his home state to work as one of Teasley's assistant GMs. Kapadia started out as a scouting intern in his first season with the Seahawks, then elevated to scouting assistant in 2024, followed by his final Seahawks title as a Pro Scout. The University of Virginia alum had prior NFL stints with the Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns. Teasley's Vikings are looking to rebuild their team after Kwesi Adofo-Mensah's departure, and it's possible there may be more Seahawks staff members leaving in the near future. Kapadia's move to the Vikings is a significant loss for the Seahawks, who are still reeling from the loss of their assistant general manager.
